Please note that this practice is strictly professional and we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on behalf of our therapists. Cancellations shorter than 24 hours are non refundable but are able to be rescheduled.
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment.
Our therapists will try to accommodate if you are running late however please be mindful that we work to a tight schedule, especially on the weekend, therefore we cannot always compensate for the whole treatment time. This will also impact the next client.
